2. Field of application

This anti-theft device can be used on the following types of anti-torsion couplings:
KS25, KS30 und KS35
The anti-theft device is designed to prevent unauthorized coupling and uncou-
pling both when the trailer is attached and when it is parked.
Use in driving operation is only possible if the test for the necessary clearance to
all other attachments and the handbrake lever has been successfully completed.
(see point 8. Checking clearances)
In order to prevent the closed ball coupling from being placed on a trailer ball, the
KNOTT Safety Ball KSB50 must be inserted into the coupling when disconnected.
