IV. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
FILLING THE GRINDER
As in the Fig. 2, remove the A4 trays and then
fill them with salt and pepper. Use the reverse
procedure to put the grinder together. All components
must be adequately locked in place.
ADJUSTMENT OF GRINDING FINENESS
– Turn knob A2 clockwise to increase grinding fineness.
– Turn knob A2 counter clockwise to reduce
grinding fineness.

This description of the grinding coarseness
setting always applies to the side of the
grinder that is facing downwards.
•
There are a total of 5 degrees of grinding
coarseness (applies to both sides – big dot =
coarse grinding, small dot = fine grinding).
SWITCHING ON/OFF
– Press and hold A1 to switch on the grinder.
– Release A1 to switch off the grinder.
•
The grinder can recognize, based on gravity,
how it is turned and always starts the drive
only on the side that is facing down.
•
Before using the grinder always first remove
the corresponding A5 cover.
