Installing the Print Server in the Printer
1. Remove the screws from the interface.
2. Remove the metal cover.
3. Connect the printers ribbon cable to the IF5-ES04.
4. Insert the IF5-ES04 board into the slot until the board locks
5. Fasten the IF5-ES04 board screws.
Connecting the Print Server to the Network
1. Connect the network cable (RJ-45) to the IF5-ES04.
Turn the Printer On
1. Connect the power cord to the printer.
2. Turn the printer on.
In order to verify the installation you can print a status page. To do this, press
the print server's button for a short time.
