DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL
1 – On/off button
Once the unit is plugged in, the power button will light up. Press once (button 1)
to turn on the appliance and light up the control panel. Press twice the power button
to activate the cooking process at the default temperature of 185°C and a time of 15
minutes. Pressing the power button at any time during the cooking process will shut
down the unit, causing the display to go dark. The light will go out within 20 seconds,
while the fan will continue running for other 20 seconds to cool down the unit.
2 – Internal light
If you press the button 2, the internal light of the cooking chamber will light up, helping
you check cooking process while unit is in operation. Internal light will automatically
illuminate if the oven door opens, while the cooking process will pause. The icon will
flash while the internal light is on.
3 – Rotation button
Press the button 3 when cooking anything using the rotisserie mode. You can use this
function with any easy cooking program, while using the rotating mesh basket, the
rotisserie shaft or the skewer set. The icon will flash while this function is on.
4 – Temperature control buttons (70°C-200°C)
Press the buttons and to increase or lower the cooking temperature by 5°C
intervals ranging from 70°C to 200°C. Hold the buttons to rapidly increase or lower the
temperature. When dehydrating, you can adjust the temperature from 45°C to 75°C.
5 – Time control buttons
Press the buttons and to increase or decrease the cooking time, one minute
at a time, from 1 to 60 minutes in all modes except when dehydrating, which uses
30-minute intervals and an operating time from 2 to 24 hours. Hold the buttons to
rapidly increase/decrease the minutes.
6 – LED digital display
The digital display will switch between temperature and remaining time during the
cooking process.
