4. If no hydraulic fluid comes out once the screw has been unscrewed, the level is too low. Top up the fluid in this case.
The level must be at the height of the small bolt on the side of the tank underneath the casing.
5. If fluid comes out, let the excess quantity drain off until the correct level is reached.
AIR BLEEDING
Each time the jack is serviced, removing and refitting parts connected to the tank and motorpump, it is advisable to bleed
off all air.
Bleeding phases:
1. The piston must be moved out completely.
2. Loosen (NEVER unscrew the dowel completely!) dowel
on the plate, and let all the air out from the dowel, continuing until oil starts coming out and then close the dowel.

3. Move the piston back in completely and check the oil level.
4. Try to operate the jack without any load and if the piston lowers in jerks repeat the procedure at least 2 or 3 times.
MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS TO BE PERFORMED ONLY BY A
QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN
When maintenance or an overhaul of the jack is required, use only genuine spare parts to ensure the utmost reliability for
the jack.
THE MOTOR DOES NOT WORK, OR RUNS POORLY
- Check that there are no kinks or blockages in the air supply line, and that the pressure of the compressed air circuit
is at least 8 bar - 116 PSI.
- Check that the distributor

- Check the gaskets on the cylinder
THE JACK DOES NOT LIFT THE LOAD
- Check the quantity of hydraulic fluid in the tank (see procedure "Checking the hydraulic fluid level" in the
"maintenance operations to be performed by the user" section). - There is dirt underneath the valves: remove the

pump in vertical position, unscrew the cap
clean thoroughly, before refitting everything, beating the balls again if necessary
air, then put the jack back in normal position and re-open the cock
HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKS
- Silencer is leaking fluid

- Vacuum pump is leaking fluid
turned over or tipped up, the leak will stop after a short time.
