Grind drill

 Switch unit on using switch ON.
 Chuck grinding guide (5) Carefully insert Fig. I
ATTENTION: use rotating hook quite limiting in the lead. Fig. J

 Turn the chuck in the honing guide slightly to the left and right back and forth until no
more grinding with grinding noise occurs.
 Tighten the chuck from the honing guide and rotate it 180°. Put the chuck back on and
repeat the process.

Grind drill clearance angel

 Switch unit on using switch ON.
 Insert chuck in free angle guide. Properly set limit hook in the lead. Fig. K

 Now turn the chuck with light pressing to the right and left stop so that noise made during
the grinding process is significantly reduced.
 Take the chuck out of the guide, turn by 180° and repeat the tip shaping process.
 Switch the drill grinder off by the On/Off button. Let the abrasive stone stop before
removing the chuck.
 Make sure the drill tip shape is adequate, which is characterized by a sharp point in the
centre of the drill.
