VI2F-CAM - ANALOGUE CAMERA INTERFACE - 2-WIRE RANGE
1) OVERVIEW
The VI2F-CAM device is part of the AVE DOMINA 2-wire Video-intercom system V44EASY and is an analogue camera interfacing module, which can be configured in Independent Outdoor
Station mode or Outdoor Station Extension mode.
2) DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
The VI2F-PIDIST device complies with the following standards:

EN 62820-1-1:2016 Building intercom systems - Part 1-1: System Requirements – General. Grade 2;
They also comply with the following directives and regulations:
•
RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU;
•
REACh Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006;
3) INSTALLATION, POSITIONING AND FIXING
Art. VI2F-CAM must be installed within the indicated temperature limits and following the instructions in this document. The device can be fixed as follows:
1. Wall-mounting: Drill two holes in the wall that match the two holes on the module (Fig. 1). - 2. At the back of the device
4) BUS CONNECTION
The 2-wire bus can connect to either of the two Bus1 ports.
5) CONNECTING THE ANALOGUE CAMERA
• CAM, GND Camera analogue signal
6) IMPEDANCE MATCHING
The RC multi-way switch must be set to ON when the device is connected to the end of the Bus line, without any other devices connected on the second pair of input terminals.
7) OPERATING MODE
A 6-position dip switch is accessible on the rear of the enclosure. Switches 1 and 2 are used to set the operating mode:

7.1) EXTENSION OF THE OUTDOOR STATION: The device allows the display of an analogue video camera as an extension of the outdoor video intercom station. When a call is received, from the
outdoor video intercom station station it will be possible to switch from the display of images from the outdoor station to those coming from the "extension" camera by means of special buttons
on the LCD screen.
Three interfaces associated with three outdoor stations can be installed in the "Outdoor Station Extension" configuration (one interface associated with each device).
Note: Addresses associated with VI2F-CAM interfaces must be consecutive: it is not possible to leave blank spaces between addresses (e.g. ID1-ID2-ID4 not allowed; ID1-ID2-ID3 OK) (Fig. 3)
7.2) INDEPENDENT OUTDOOR CAMERA
The device works regardless of the Outdoor Stations installed.
The display of the cameras will be as follows:
Outdoor Station Camera #1 – Outdoor Station Camera No. # – Aux camera #1 – Aux camera No. #
In "Independent Outdoor Camera" mode, the address of the VI2F-CAM interface module must be consecutive to the address of the last Outdoor Station
(e.g. PE1 ID1 - PE2 ID2 - VI2F-CAM ID3)
It is possible to install up to three Outdoor Stations and No.12 VI2F-CAM for each system (Fig. 4)
7.3) ADDRESS
Switches (3 - 6) are used to set the device address from 1 to 15 (binary code) for up to 15 devices with consecutive addresses; please, refer to the table illustrated here below:

1) GÉNÉRALITÉS
Le dispositif VI2F-CAM fait partie du système AVE DOMINA Visiophone à 2 fils V44EASY et est un module d'interfaçage pour caméra analogique qui peut être configuré en mode Platine
de rue indépendante ou en mode Extension de Platine de rue.
2) DÉCLARATION DE CONFORMITÉ
Le dispositif VI2F-PIDIST est conforme à la norme ci-dessous :

Il est également conforme aux directives et règlements suivants :

3) INSTALLATION, PLACEMENT ET FIXATION
L'art. VI2F-CAM doit être installé dans les limites de température indiquées et suivant les instructions contenues dans ce document. Le dispositif peut être fixé des façons suivantes :
1. En appui au mur : Percer deux trous dans le mur en correspondance des deux trous présents sur le module (Fig. 1). - 2. Fond de boîtier
4) CONNEXION BUS
Le bus à 2 fils peut se connecter indifféremment à l'un des deux ports Bus1.
