INDUCTION COOKING PLATES OPERATING MODE
The principle of induction combines this reaction speed and the main advantage of electricity, namely the
possibility of precisely dosing the heat input.
The device must be completely removed from its packaging. All protections must be completely removed.
Place the unit upright on a solid, flat surface. Never place the device on a flammable surface.
Do not install this appliance near open fires, or other heating appliances.
The electrical cable should be protected to at least 16 amps. The device must be plugged directly into a wall
outlet. Using a multiple socket will cause the device to trip.
Suitable cookware
- Steel or enamelled cast iron
- Iron, steel or unglazed cast iron
- 18/10 stainless steel and aluminum if they are marked suitable for induction (please respect the description

For proper operation, all pots and pans should have a flat, magnetic bottom. For best results, only use pots

Unsuitable cookware
