4. Place the pull-up bar in between the door frame, hold it up to the top of the door
frame so that you feel a resistance and turn the central bar again until the two foot
parts lightly touch the door frame.
5. Position the pull-up bar at the desired height. The two levels on the two foot parts
help you keep your pull-up bar level. Make sure that the foot parts are fixed vertically
in the door frame, as this is the only way to ensure the best possible weight distribu-
tion during your workout.
6. Once your bar is in the desired position, turn the central bar to tighten it, fixing it in
the door frame. IMPORTANT: Now screw the two ends of the thread lock until tight.
7. Make sure the pull-up bar is really tight by carefully applying pressure to it from all
sides with your hands. If necessary, readjust by turning the central bar. Since the door
frame can still give way a little during the first workout, you should check the stability
of the pull-up bar before each use, especially during the first few uses after installa-
tion, and if necessary, carefully tighten the central bar without damaging the door
frame.
8. After installing, the stability of the pull-up bar must be tested again by carefully apply-
ing pressure to it with your full weight. Only when the stability of the pull-up bar has
been checked and all parts are securely fixed, you can start working out with it.
9. If you want to use the extra handles, you can simply
put them on the left and right side of the inner bar.
Depending on the width of the door frame, you may
still need to cut the width of the handles with scissors
so that they fit perfectly on the inner bar between the
foot parts and the central bar.
10. If you want to remove the pull-up bar, first loosen the thread locks on both sides. Then
carefully turn the central bar so that the foot parts slowly move away from the door
frame.
