Excluded from the warranty are defects caused by:
- misuse or insufficient care
- excessive strain, improper handling, maintenance or damage by unauthorised
persons
- non-observance of the user manual
- a repair or attempted repair not carried out by EFALOCK or an authorised ser-
vice partner
If repairs are carried out under warranty, the replaced parts shall become our
property.
EFALOCK shall be entitled to remedy the defect by delivering a device identical
in construction.
Further claims of the customer under this warranty, in particular for
reimbursement of expenses, reduction, damages or the right to withdraw from
the contract, do not exist. Legal or other contractual material defect claims
remain unaffected.
The provision of warranties does not extend the warranty period.
If our customer service is requested with an unjustified warranty claim, we
reserve the right to charge the customer for the costs incurred.
If any defects have occurred, please contact the seller of the device or the
EFALOCK service partner in your country.
