19" RACK TRAY FOR PRODUCTS OF THE TICA® SERIES
DESCRIPTION
The 19-inch rack tray is made of powder-coated steel, offers universal mounting options for
LD installation devices of the TICA series and openings for cables for neat cable routing. A set
of blind plates for a discreet look is included in the packaging.

the associated product. Always read the relevant user manual first.
This accessory has no influence on the intended use of the associated product. Observe

given in the user manual may change in connection with this accessory.

PACKAGING CONTENT
Remove the product from the packaging and remove all packaging material. Please
check the completeness and integrity of the delivery and notify your distribution
partner immediately after purchase if the delivery is not complete or if it is damaged.
The packaging content of the product LDTICARK includes:

One twelfth, one sixth, one quarter and one third 19-inch front plate each

8 M3 x 10 countersunk screws

Packaging:
1. Packaging can be fed into the reusable material cycle using the usual disposal methods.
2. Please separate the packaging in accordance with the disposal laws and recycling
regulations in your country.
Product:
Dispose of the product in accordance with the applicable disposal regulations in your country.
Subject to misprints and errors, as well as technical or other modifications!
INSTALLATION
1 The mounting holes on the underside of the rack tray are marked with letters
indicating which holes match each chassis size.
A
One-third 19-inch units with shallow installation depth (e.g. LD MSMP)
B
Quarter 19-inch units
C
One-third 19-inch units with normal installation depth
D
Half 19-inch units
To avoid damage to the units, use either the supplied countersunk screws or
commercially available M3 countersunk screws with a length of 8 to 10 mm
maximum for mounting to the rack tray.
2 Integrated rack brackets with mounting holes for mounting the rack
tray in a 19-inch rack.

3 Openings for cables in the rear part of the rack tray enable clean cable routing
and fastening of cables with cable ties.
4 Ventilation openings are located on the underside and in the side panels
of the rack tray. To avoid damage to the mounted units, do not cover the
ventilation openings and ensure that air can circulate freely.

Front plates in various widths are included in the packaging content. The corresponding front
plate is screwed tightly into a gap between two units on the rack tray to get a closed front
