TROUBLESHOOTING
1. The hands may touch and stop as they go around. Slightly bend them away from
each other.
2. If the hand stops or is running slow, rotate the long hand clockwise three times to
get the gears going.
3. If it works for a while then stops, try rotating the long hand again three times.
4. You may need to take off the hands again and loosen the hex nut, which is on
top of the washer against the face.
If it is too tight, the hand may stop or slow down. If you have a cap nut screw, make
sure it is not too tight.
5. Taking the hands off, straightening them and putting them on again can help.
Use a butter knife, so you don't damage the hands. Spin the hand clockwise again.
