Weighing correctly
If possible, always weighs yourself at the
same time of day (ideally in the morning),
after going to the toilet, on an empty
stomach and without clothes to achieve comparable
results. Only the long-term trend counts.
Stand on the scale without moving and with equal weight
distribution on both feet!
minor deviations are normal. When you drink 1 glass of
water for exemple a difference of 300 grams can occur.
Do not stand on the scale with wet feet and do not
step on the scale when its surface is wet – danger of
slipping! Place the scale on a firm, flat surface; a firm
floor covering is a basic requirement for correct weight
measurement.
