Choose the unit that you wish. For

SCREEN BRIGHTNESS
ADJUSTMENT.-
On
the main
OPTIONS, then select the option
SCREEN, Fig. 5. Adjust the brightness
by touching directly the bar on the
screen. For return to main screen click
on the icon HOME in the upper left
corner, Fig.5.
VOLUME ADJUSTMENT.-
Click on the icon
the right side of the screen to
adjust the volume.
FAN.-
If you wish to turn on the FAN press
the key FAN. For turn it off press the
key again.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.-
This
monitor
programs: 1 MANUAL program; 36
PRESET
PROGRAMS;

NAVIGATION

and
CONTROL program.
Pressing the START/STOP key or
QUICKSTART on the screen will light
the MANUAL and the machine will start
within
3
seconds,
countdown on the TIME display, at a
speed of 1.0km/h.
You can change the speed settings
between 1.0–18 km/h (G6586TFT 1.0-
20 Km/h, G6587TFT 1.0-22 Km/h) at
any time during the exercise by
pressing the SPEED (↨) keys, and the

The machine will stop if you press the
START/STOP key or if you remove the
SAFETY KEY and will display a

Note: You can not perform more than
one exercise simultaneously. If an
exercise is active, the QUICK START
and EXERCISE keys will display the
values of the current exercise. To
perform another exercise press STOP,
then RESUME and then select the
new exercise.

MANUAL MODE

Click on EXERCISE on the main
screen (Fig.4) and you will enter the
program selection screen (Fig.7).
Click on MANUAL to select manual
program.
Click on the icon
corner to start the exercise.
This program maintains a flat profile that
the user can modify during the exercise.
User can vary at any time of the
program, the speed, by pressing the
SPEED (↨) keys and the incline, by
pressing the INCLINE (↨) keys of the
monitor.
Note: The marked target will be the
last one that has been set.
Programming a time limit.-
After selecting manual mode you can
a
program a time limit for the exercise
(between 5-99 minutes) by touching
directly the bar on the screen.
Select the time and click on the icon
to begin the exercise. The time
will begin to count down until it
reaches zero.
