Deck Colors
•
Deck Colors: These settings determine the colors of the light ring around the platter for each layer on each
player. Tap the arrow next to A or B to select the layer, and then tap a color to select it. The light ring will
change color immediately. Tap the X to return to the previous screen.
Utility
To open the Utility screen, press and hold View/Preferences/Utility and then tap the Utility tab.
To close the Utility screen, tap the X in the upper-right corner, or press View/Preferences/Utility again.
In the Utility screen, swipe up or down to scroll through the options, and tap an option to select it:
Device Settings

Player #: This setting determines the number of this player. When selecting a source device to browse, this
number is shown next to the device name in the display.

Layer B: This determines whether this SC6000 PRIME will use both deck layers (On) or just one (Off).
•
Wi-Fi: This setting determines whether Wi-Fi is enabled (On) or disabled (Off).
•
Wi-Fi Settings: Use this option to open the Wi-Fi connection menu and connect to a wireless network.
•
Nudge Sensitivity: This determines the level of sensitivity when moving the platters: Low, Mid, High, or Max.
•
Track Preview: When active, Track Preview will reveal a play button for each song in the library, allowing the
songs to be auditioned in the cue without loading a song to the deck. Select On or Off.
•
Screen Brightness: This setting determines the brightness of the touchscreen: Low, Mid, High, or Max.
Streaming Services
Use these options to enable or disable connections to streaming service partners. When set to On, the selected service
will be available under the
Cloud Services
Use this option to retrieve your Engine library database from a cloud storage service. You must first use the Engine
PRIME software to sync your database. Then, when this option is set to On, the selected service will be available under
the Source selection and you can access these files over an established internet connection.
Note: We recommend using only high-quality, name brand USB 3.0 or Class U1 or U3 SD cards as source drives,
especially when cloud services are enabled.
Device Info
•
Model: This is the product name.
•
Firmware Version: This is the current version of the unit's Engine operating system. Tap Check For Updates
to see if there is a firmware update available for your SC6000 PRIME (requires internet connection).
•
SC6000 Controller: This is the current version of the unit's controller firmware.
•
SC6000 Display: This is the current version of the unit's display firmware.
•
Reset all settings to default: Press Reset to restore the default factory settings for your device.
Update
•
Update Firmware: Use this option to restart SC6000 PRIME in Update Mode, which enables you to update its
firmware. Follow the firmware update instructions included with the firmware update package you downloaded.
Legal Info
•
Legal Info: Use this option to view the Denon DJ EULA and patent list.
