• Maximum D value: 89.3 kN
• Vertical load: 3,000 daN, only for the Ball-Kit. the surrounding parts are to be designed and dimen-
sioned by the manufacturer taking into account the vertical load.
the d value and the maximum vertical load of the hitch support must be observed. the respective lower
value shall be applicable.
only for connecting with ball-type hitches 80 iso 24347.

2. iNStallatioN:

(see Figure 1 and attached drawings)
iMportant note:
the pertinent regulations (e.g. accident Prevention regulations for Vehicles) and the attachment guidelines
of the vehicle manufacturers must be observed when installing the coupling! Ball Kit 80 must be released
either by type approval or individual approval and always in combination with the support (e. g. ball-type
drawbar)
attachMent oF the Ball Kit 80:
official national regulations must be observed. For example: in germany the obligations in §13 FZV regard-
ing the permissible trailer weight and vertical load as indicated in the vehilce registration documents must
be considered.
installation:
• the support suitable for attachmend (e.g. beam, supporting plate etc.) must have a minimum thick
ness of 40 mm and a maximum thickness of 50 mm. the weldable material of the support shall must
have a quality of at least as S355J2 (St52-3). according to iSo 24347, the support with the ball-type
hitches must permit an angular movement of ± 60° around the normal axis, ± 20° around the vertical
axis and ± 25° around its own axis.
• Machine a bore hole 80 H7 as well as a counterbore (86 +1, depth 10 +0.5) in the support (beam etc.)
at the position where the ball
must be provided with a chamfer 7x45°. if the support is 50 mm thick, the lower edge must be cham
fered (10x45°). Prepare the tapped blind holes M16x25 according to the drawing.
• Push the bushing
will be placed according to the attached drawing. the upper edge
