4. Design and func�on
4.1 Descrip�on
The model ISP 100-P pneuma�c pressure comparison test pump feature op�mal
characteris�cs for the use in the laboratory, as well as the ruggedness needed for industrial
applica�ons. It is suitable for pressure genera�on up to 1000 bar resp. -0.95 bar vacuum.
Test item and reference measuring instrument are connected to the two test connec�ons.

4.2 Scope of delivery

• 1 ISP 100-P pressure comparison pump
• 2 threaded adapter M20x1.5 female x 1/2" BSP male with O-rings
• Set with spare O-rings
• Opera�ng manual in German and English language
Cross-check scope of delivery with delivery note.
NOTE:
By standard, the pump is equipped with two pressure ports with 1/2" BSP female
rota�ng swivel nuts. Op�onal, as an accessory, a set of threaded adapters is
available.
• Order-Code ISP-ADAPTER-SET: Set of stainless steel threaded adapters, each with 1/2" BSP male
connec�on, 1 x 1/4" BSP female, 1 x M20x1.5 female, 1 x 1/4" NPT F and 1 x 1/2" NPT F.
• Order-Code BLINDSTOPFEN-G12-VA: blind plug made in stainless steel, with 1/2" BSP male
thread to lock pressure port.
5. Transport, packaging and storage

5.1 Transport

Check the model ISP 100-P pneuma�c pressure comparison test pump for any damage that may
have been caused by transport. Obvious damage must be reported immediately.

5.2 Packaging

Only remove packaging just before moun�ng.
Keep the packaging as it will provide op�mum protec�on during transport (e.g. change in
installa�on site, sending for repair).

5.3 Storage

Permissible condi�ons at the place of storage:
• Storage temperature: -10...+50°C
• Humidity: 35...85% rela�ve humidity
Avoid exposure to the following factors:
• Direct sunlight or proximity to hot objects
• Mechanical vibra�on, mechanical shock (pu�ng it down hard)
• Soot, vapour, dust and corrosive gases
• Poten�ally explosive environments, flammable atmospheres
• Corrosive liquids
