Usage
• Connect the USB cable with the sole Type-C
• Connect the Type-C
computer
• Once the IB-1807MT-C31 has been plugged in correctly the LED lights up white!
• The external enclosure can be connected or disconnected while the computer
is running.
• Please await the end of read/write operations before disconnecting the device
to avoid data loss.
• A new SSD must first be initialised, partitioned and formatted by the operation
system to be displayed by the system.
• If the drive is not recognised instantly by the operating system, please check:
o if the driver software is installed (USB)
o if the SSD is initialised, partitioned and formatted
• The full USB 3.2 (Gen 2)* transfer rate of up to 10 Gbit/s can only be achieved
with a compatible USB 3.2 (Gen 2)* port on your host computer.
*USB 3.2 (Gen 2) corresponds to USB 3.1 and USB 3.1 (Gen 2)

Write protection:

• As soon as the write protection has been activated by switch, the LED lights up red!
ATTENTION! A change of the write protect mode only takes effect if the device
has been disconnected and then reconnected to the host computer.
