Charging a vehicle without authen-
tication (free charging)
No approval is required. Connect the vehicle cable and
charge: This the default setting ex works.
Prerequisites
Charge level LED (2) is lit in white.
l
Operating / error status Led (1) is lit in white.
l
If the LEDs are not lit, briefly press the button

(1).
1. For ghost ONE ERK version only: Connect the
vehicle cable to the socket on the wallbox.
2. Connect the vehicle cable to the vehicle.
The charge level LED (2) initially pulses white
l
while vehicle identification is in progress.
When the charge level LED (2) is pulsing
l
green, the charging process has been started
successfully.
When charging is complete or the vehicle is
l
fully charged, the charge level LED (2) is con-
tinuously lit in green.

3. If an error occurs, fix the error as described in the
operating instructions.
Display
Charge level LED (2) is lit in red.
Operating / error status LED (1) is lit
in blue, yellow or red.
Connecting to the wallbox using the
app
1. Download the "KATEK.ChargeHub" app from the
relevant app store (Apple or Android) depending
on your operating system.
2. Open the app.
3. Select Scan QR code.
4. Scan the QR code from the access data letter sup-
plied. Alternatively, enter the WiFi SSID, PSK (for
WPA2) and host name from the access data letter
supplied.
The Login screen is displayed.
