Maintenance

Impact wrench/
Ratchet screwdriver Drive motor lubri-
cation:
Regular lubrication is required!
Oil using a maintenance unit
with filter pressure reducer and mist oiler.
Add oil manually into the
plug nipple (item 01).
For long breaks in operation, also oil via
plug nipple (item 01) using special oil for
compressed air tools.
Impact wrench
Lubricate the impact mechanism ap-
prox. every 48 working hours:
If fitted:
Grease approx. every 48 working hours via
the grease nipple (item 10).

Impact mechanism lubrication
2-3 times a year with oil / grease:
1. If fitted:
Loosen the oil filler screw (item 09).
2. Fill with approx. 5-10 drops of oil.
3. Tighten the oil filler screw.
Alternatively:
1. Loosen the screws (item 13) and open
the housing (item 08)

2. Remove the
(Fig. 4b).
3. Lubricate the impact mechanism with oil
/ grease (Fig. 4c).
4. Fit the impact mechanism in reverse or-
der.
Close the housing (item 08) and tighten
the screws (item 13).

Lift the rubber protection (item 12).
2. Lubricate the drive bush, drive shaft and
ratchet drive housing through the re-
cesses in the front of the machine or the

Decommissioning

Storage: Clean, dry, dust-free, not below
5° C.
Disposal: Dispose of the packaging / device
/ materials used according to applicable legal
regulations.

Warranty conditions

Basis for warranty claims: complete unit
in original condition/proof of purchase.
According to legal provisions, you re-
ceive the following warranty against
material and manufacturing defects:
private use only: 2 years,
in
commercial use: 1 year.
Excluded from warranty claims: Wear or
expendable parts, improper use, overloading
/ incorrect pressure, manipulation / inappro-
priate use, inadequate / incorrect / lack of
maintenance or lubrication, bumps / im-
pacts, dust / dirt accumulation, unauthorised
/ incorrect working procedures, incorrect
power supply, impure / insufficiently filtered
compressed air, failure to read the instruc-
tion manual, incorrect operating resources /
materials.
