When an error occurs during the operation of the charging base, please refer to the table below to resolve the issue.
Voice Prompt/Symptom
The robot has failed to charge.
The roller brush has failed to air dry.
Possible Cause
1. The power supply is not connected to
the charging base.
2. The electrode pads are dirty.
3. The electrode pads are not making
good contact.
The in-place recognition sensor for the
roller brush is blocked by dirt.

Solution
1. Ensure that the power supply has
been connected to the charging base.
2. Clean the electrode pads of the
charging base.
3. Eliminate the poor contact caused
by foreign objects and try to reposition
the robot manually.
Clean the surface of the in-place
recognition sensor for the roller brush.
