16. Entfernen des Deckels vom
Kontaktträger
 Prüfen, ob Verriegelungshebel geöffnet ist.
Wenn nicht, durch Niederdrücken des
Rasthakens am Deckel den
Verriegelungshebel vollständig öffnen. Der
Verriegelungshebel rastet spürbar ein.
 Kabelbinder entfernen.
 Verrastung des Deckels mit einem kleinen
Schraubendreher oder ähnlichem lösen,
dabei den Deckel etwas anheben.
 Deckeleinheit ohne zu verkanten nach
vorne kippen und abnehmen.
Hinweise:
Bei hohem Widerstand des Deckels ist das
Lösen der Verrastung nochmals zu überprüfen
und gegebenenfalls zu wiederholen.
Nach dem Entfernen des Deckels vom
Kontaktträger ist die Demontage der
Steckverbindung abgeschlossen. Eine
Trennung des Schließmechanismus vom
Deckel ist nicht vorgesehen.

16. Removing cover from contact
housing
 Check whether the locking lever is open.
If not, open it completely by pressing
down the locking hook on the cover. The
locking lever can be felt to snap into
place.
 Remove the cable tie.
 Lift the cover slightly while releasing the
catch of the cover with a small screw-
driver or similar.
 Move the cover unit forwards without tilt-
ing and remove it.
Note:
If you face high resistance removing the
cover, check once again that
the catches are released and repeat the
releasing process if necessary.
When the cover has been removed from the
contact housing, disassembly of the
connector is completed. The closing
mechanism is not intended to be removed
from the cover.
