Using the Tea Ball

Only insert the tea ball after the boiling process into the water
kettle because tea should not boil together with water. Hook the
tea ball into the hook underneath the lid and place the lid on the
water kettle. The lid has to be closed tight.

Cleaning the Glass Pot

Rinse out the water kettle after each use in order to avoid calcification. But if
calcification occurs in the glass pot after a certain period of time, detach the water
kettle from the bottom, so you can easily clean the glass pot.
1. Turn the water kettle upside down and open the three
locking clips.
2. Remove the bottom and the sealing ring and
thoroughly clean the glass pot.
3. For assembling the glass pot, first place the sealing
ring on the bottom, as shown on the figure below.
Make sure the thicker edge of the sealing ring is
facing downwards.
4. Place the glass pot on the bottom of the water kettle and close the locking
clips until they are flush with the housing. Make sure the water kettle is leak-
proof assembled before using the water kettle again.

Cleaning and Storing

Unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning. Wipe the
housing with a lightly moistened cloth. Use detergent as needed.
Do not wash the water kettle and the base in a dishwasher and do not
immerse it in water or any other liquid. Dry the base and the water kettle well
before storing. Do not clean the appliance with aggressive chemicals or abra-
sives in order not to damage the surfaces.
