Attention:
If the battery is still installed in the car, disconnect the negative – terminal first,
then the positive + terminal. Car batteries may only be charged while not
connected to the car's electric system.

Operation:

• Make sure that the charger is turned off. Set the ON/OFF switch (3) to "0".
• Now connect the red (+) and then the black (-) battery clamp to the battery.
• Connect the power plug (4) of the charger to a 230 V / AC / 50 Hz wall
socket.
• Set the power plug (3) to "1". The power indicator (7) lights up and the
Ampere metre (8) will start operating. If this will not happen, please check
the fuse (6) at the underside of the unit (See "Changing of the Fuse").
• You can now read the current charging state from the charging state
indicator (8). The scale ranges from red (maximal charging current) over
yellow to green (minimal charging current).
