Please note the following safety notes to avoid
malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
 Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental
abilities are not allowed to use the unit, unless they are
supervised and briefed for their safety by a qualified
person.
 The unit is only suitable for vehicles, boats etc. with
12 V DC power supply and wired with minus against
mass!
 Make sure not to cause a short-circuit by accidentally
touching voltage-carrying parts with the charging plug.
 After charging process, disconnect both plugs from the
cigarette lighter socket of the cars.
 Do not let the engines run longer than necessary. Long
idle running will damage the engine and stress the en-
vironment.
 Do not stress the cord. Do not bend the cord and keep
it away from hot and sharp surfaces. Do not wind the
cord around the unit.
 Do not expose the jumper quick start kit to excessive
temperatures and avoid strong mechanical stresses of
the unit and the cord.
