DC Voltage Measurements
1. Connect the black measuring cable to the COM input (6)
and the red measuring cable to the V/Ω/
2. Then set the rotary function switch (3) to the desired
measuring range (600 V
3. Connect the measuring tips parallel to the circuitry and
observe correct polarity (red to plus; black to minus) and
read the voltage from the display.
4. If a minus symbol (A) appears on the display (4), correct the
polarity.
Please make sure not to exceed 600 V.

Resistance Measurements
Attention! Under no circumstances conduct resistance measure-
ments on voltage carrying circuitry!
1. Connect the black measuring cable to the COM input (6) and
the red measuring cable to the V/Ω/
2. Then set the rotary function switch (3) to the desired
measuring range (2000 Ω or 200 KΩ).
3. Connect the measuring cables to the resistor you intend to
test.
Read the result from the display.
Please Note:
When taking measurements in the range under 200 KΩ it can
take several seconds before a stable value is reached.
