Intended Use
The sink mixer is suitable for regulating the rate of flow and the temperature in
line with the technical data. This mechanically adjustable mixer is only intended
for installation in sinks. Any improper use or modification to the device shall be
deemed to be use not as intended and could give rise to considerable danger of
accident or damage to property. The fitting is suitable for use with instantaneous
water heaters (if the instantaneous water heater is suitable for operation with
mechanically adjustable mixers) and storage water heaters.
Assembly – Installing the Fitting
1. Turn off the mains water supply. Allow the remaining tap water to run off.
2. Screw both threaded bolts (7) into their designated holes at the bottom part of
the mixer tap body (1).
3. Make sure that the gaskets are on the ends of the flexible hoses (9) that have
to be screwed in. Screw the two flexible hoses (9) on the bottom part of the
mixer tap body (1) into the designated red-marked and blue-marked holes
(1o) and (1p) (see figure on the right).

hoses (9) with a wrench – fastening
them by hand is sufficient.
4. Thread the flexible hoses (9) and the threaded bolts (7) into the narrow part of
the bottom part (2) and insert the bottom part (2) into its designated opening
on the bottom part of the mixer tap body (1)
5. Make sure that the gasket (3) under the bottom ring (2a) of the bottom part (2)
is inserted.
6. Place the sink mixer onto the hole in the sink.
7. Place the plastic adaptor (4) under the sink unit and onto the hole.
8. Place the crescent gasket (5) and the crescent metal disc (6) onto the
threaded bolt (7).
9. Tighten the screw nuts (8) with a size (10) key so that the mixer tap unit is
firmly fixed to the sink unit.
