Start-up

1. Ensure that the ON/OFF switch (K) and the laser switch (L) are switched off
before inserting the power plug into mains.
2. Connect only to a socket with ground wire. The operation light turns (S) turns
on as soon as the machine is connected to power mains. To switch on the
drill machine, press the green ON button. To switch off the machine, press
the red OFF button.
3. Let the machine to run at idle speed for some minutes after switching on.
The drill machine is designed for temporary operation (S2 15 Min.). The drill
press can be operated up to max. 15 minutes under full load. Thereafter leave
the drill machine to cool down to room temperature in order not to overheat
the motor.
Do not overload the drill machine in that way so that the motor will come to a
standstill.
Before changing the speed, disconnect the machine from power mains and
wait, till the machine STOPS completely.
Before switching on the drill machine, make sure all wrenched and adjusting
tools have be removed from the machine.

Using the Laser

This laser drill machine has a laser with a crossed laser line. The cross is exactly
at the point, where the drill is touching the workpiece. So you can bring the
workpiece in exact position.
The laser lines are adjusted from factory. Do not unscrew or tighten the screws
for the laser lines. Loosening or tightening the screws might change the position
of the laser.
1. Switch the laser on by pressing
the laser switch (L).
2. To switch off the laser, press
the switch again.
