Cleaning and maintenance:
Before cleaning the terrace heater, turn it off by removing the plug from the socket and let the
terrace heater cool down. You can clean the terrace heater using a clean cloth, which may be
dampened if necessary. Never use corrosive or flammable cleaning agents, scourers,
scouring sponges, or brushes. Never immerse the terrace heater or cable in water or any
other liquid in order to clean it.
Service:
Any repairs must be performed by a certified specialist who is authorized to carry out the work.
Parts required for repairs can be supplied by Grandhall. The manufacturer of the terrace
heater reserves the right to make changes to the products or documentation without prior
notice.
Disposal:
The terrace heaters may not be disposed of as normal household waste but must be taken to
a designated collection point.
