Short description
The electronic measurement module CrossMT is a com-
pact measuring device with 45 mm width for complete char-
acterization of a 3-phase AC system. The electronic meas-
urement module includes the following functions:
• Measurement of current, voltage and temperature
• Calculation of derived quantities such as power, energy,
phase angle and frequency
• Communication via USB-C and IO-Link
• Configurable digital inputs/outputs
• Warning and error management system with configurable
status LEDs

Safety and installation notes
• Observe the national safety and accident prevention reg-
ulations when working on the device
• If the safety instructions are not observed, death, serious
bodily injury or high property damage can be the result.
• During operation, parts of the electrical equipment are un-
der dangerous voltage.
• Only a qualified electrician may commission, install, mod-
ify or retrofit the device.
• Disconnect the device from the power supply before start-
ing work.
• Do not remove protective covers from electrical gear dur-
ing operation.
• Keep the product documentation.
• Do not expose the device to mechanical and/or thermal
stress that exceeds the described limit.
• To protect the device against mechanical or electrical
damage, install it in an appropriate housing with a suitable
degree of protection according to IEC / EN 60529.
• Install the device according to the instructions described
in the installation manual. Access to the circuits inside the
device is not permitted.
• Do not repair the device yourself, replace it with an equiv-
alent device. Repairs may only be carried out by the man-
ufacturer. The manufacturer is not liable for damage result-
ing from non-compliance.
• The safety-related data can be found in this documenta-
tion and the certificates.
• Only use power supplies with safe isolation with SELV /
PELV voltage according to EN 50178 / VDE 0160 (SELV /
status 03/2023
