WATER TIGHTNESS
The water-tightness of some models is specified
as 3 bar or 3 atm./30 m. The metre specifica-
tion does not refer to the diving depth, but to
the test pressure used within the context of the
water-tightness test in accordance with ISO
2281. This means that the watch is splashproof.
With models having a specified water-tightness
of 5 bar or 5 atm./50 m, you can shower in any
case. However, you should note that the leather
strap is not waterproof. Only the calfskin straps
with rubber coating fitted to the INTEMPOR AL
Ceramic are water resistant.
In order to retain this property, we recommend
that you have your watch inspected by our factory
every four years.
