Before using the radio again, please check that the connection cover is
closed. Otherwise, damage may occur due to dust and water ingress.
3. Charging via the hand crank
•
Press and hold the power button to switch off the radio
•
Fold out the crank
•
Turn the crank slightly clockwise.
•
Turn the Kurbal slowly at first and increase the speed continuously.
•
The charging indicator lights up red during the cranking process
•
Turn the crank continuously to charge the emergency radio.
•
After successful charging, fold the crank back in.
NOTE!
Charging and power generation via the crank is an additional function and is
recommended for use in emergency situations, as the efficiency of charging
is low.
4. Charging via the built-in solar panel
•
Press and hold the power button to switch off the radio
•
Place the unit in the sun with the solar panel facing upwards
•
The charging indicator lights up red during the charging process
