Q: Why the CFexpress card can not display correctly when
connecting with the computer?
A: We suggest plug the CFexpress card first, then connect to the
USB interface of a computer. Then check the hard drive
management was initialized or not, and format it into the partition
file system which you needed
Q: Why will the device fail to read/write the data?
A: Please try to replug the CFexpress card and the USB A/C
interface, also make sure that all the parts were connecting
correctly.
Q: How to format the CFexpress card?
Note: Avoid losing data, please backup your CFexpress card's data
firstly when formatting the CFexpress card.
A: - For Windows OS: Click [Computer management] → [disk
management]， find the disk number of the memory card,
right-click [formatting], find the correct form in the file system, click
[confirm] until the formatting finish.
- For Mac OS: Click [Finder] → [Programs] → [Unitily Tool], click
[disk tool], the left side choosing the CFexpress card disk to format,
then select the format tab you want and fill in the volume label, click
[Erase] until the formatting finish.
