Operating Instructions digital Skipping Rope.
Features:
The digital skipping rope adopts microcomputer technology with
mini – construction, design, and readable LCD display.
It also has automatic power off function to save power.
1. Press <RESET> to rest. It shows the number of jumps
completed by the user..
2. Press <MODE> to check miles. It shows the total distance
jumped.
3. Press <MODE> again to check kilometres. It shows the total
distance jumped.
4. Press <MODE> again to show the calories burned.
Remark;
The unit will go to standby mode if not used after 95 seconds and
will turn back on automatically when the user commences
exercise.
