In order to ensure maximum hygiene during the process of baking pizzas, we suggest placing
a thin layer of baking paper in between the baking stone and the pizza.
This way, the baking stone will be protected against grease and liquids. Moreover, heat is
distributed evenly and humidity arising from condensation is absorbed, resulting in a thinner
and crunchier crust.
Temperature control

Set the temperature control by turning clockwise to select the suitable temperature according
to the recipe you are going to cook.
Functions knob

Select the heating function depending on the meal to be cooked.
1: When the knob is set to this position, the oven will remain in standby until a new setting is
entered and it starts operating.
2: Combined upper heat + lower heat + convection.
3: Upper heat + convection.
4: Combined upper heat + lower heat.
5: Upper heat + rotisserie.
6: Rotisserie + convection.
You can observe whether the oven is switched on or not by observing the front light indicator.

Set the timer by turning the knob to the desired cooking time, in minutes, which will depend on
the food to be cooked. Maximum 60 minutes.
Adjust the timer by turning it clockwise. The oven will turn off automatically at the end of the
selected time and a the end-of-cooking alarm will ring. When setting the Timer to less than 5
min, turn it past 6 minutes and then take it back to the desired time.
The oven can be turned off manually during cooking by turning the "Timer" anticlockwise to
the "OFF" position.
To check or remove food, use the handle.
When the cooking process is completed, the end-of-cooking alarm will ring and the Timer knob
will return to the Off position.
Open the door completely and remove the food immediately or the heat remaining in the oven
will continue to cook and dry out food.
Warning: Cooked food, metal rack, and door can be very hot, handle with care.
Warnings
Always use the tray handle when inserting or removing the tray. Touching these will cause
