1 Intended use
The product is an alarm clock with a vibration function and an additional charging function. It has two
USB-C
ports for charging/powering external devices.

The product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture must be
avoided under all circumstances.
Using the product for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. Improper
use can result in short circuits, fires, or other hazards.
This product complies with statutory, national and European regulations. For safety and approval
purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify the product.
Read the instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Always provide these operating instruc-
tions when giving the product to a third party.

4 Description of symbols

tion in these operating instructions. Always read this information carefully.
The product must only be installed and used in dry, indoor locations. The product must not
get damp or wet.
The device may only be operated at protective extra-low voltage.
5 Safety instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully and adhere in particular to the safety
instructions. If you do not follow the safety information and information on proper
handling in these operating instructions, we will assume no liability for any
resulting personal injury or damage to property. Such cases will invalidate the
warranty/guarantee.
5.1 General information
This product is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of children. Only use the product out of

the reach of children. Small parts of the product or the batteries could be swallowed.
Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly, as it could become a dangerous play-

thing for children.

technical support or a professional technician.
Maintenance, modifications and repairs must be carried out by a technician or a specialist repair

centre.
5.2 Operating environment
The product must not be exposed to high temperatures, moisture, humidity, strong vibrations or

high mechanical stress.
Never switch the device on immediately after taking it from a cold into a warm environment. This

may cause condensation to form, which can destroy the product. Allow the product to reach room
temperature before using it.
5.3 Operation
Consult an expert when in doubt about the operation, safety or connection of the device.

If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and protect it from

any accidental use. DO NOT attempt to repair the product yourself. Safe operation can no longer
be guaranteed if the product:
– is visibly damaged,
– is no longer working properly,
– has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
– has been subjected to any serious transport-related stress.

5.4 Handling
Handle the product carefully. It can be damaged by impact, blows, or by being dropped, even

from a low height.
5.5 (Rechargeable) batteries
Always ensure that the polarity is correct when inserting (rechargeable) batteries.

Always remove (rechargeable) batteries when not in use for a long time to avoid damage from

leakage. Leaking or damaged (rechargeable) batteries may cause acid burns if they come into
contact with your skin. Therefore, use suitable protective gloves when handling damaged (re-
chargeable) batteries.
(Rechargeable) batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not leave (rechargeable) bat-

teries lying around, as there is a risk that children or pets may swallow them.
All (rechargeable) batteries should be replaced at the same time. Mixing old and new (recharge-

able) batteries in the device can lead to (rechargeable) battery leakage and device damage.
(Rechargeable) batteries must not be dismantled, short-circuited or thrown into the fire. Never

attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. This may cause an explosion!
5.6 Connected devices
Follow the operating and safety instructions of devices to be connected to this product.

Be sure to use only power supply units that comply with the specifications in the "Technical data"

to avoid malfunctions, overloads or long charging times.

7 Power supply and connection
The LED vibrating alarm clock is supplied from a USB power source. It can also be powered by bat-
teries in the event of a power failure.
Note:
– The AAA batteries are a backup power supply and only engage when the 5 V/DC power
supply is disconnected (e.g. power outage).
– The batteries will last approximately 4 hours.
7.1 Inserting/changing the batteries
1. Lift off the battery compartment cover on the underside of the device and remove the discharged
batteries.
2. Insert three new 1.5 V AAA batteries (Micro) into the battery compartment. The correct polarity is
given in the battery compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment cover.
7.2 Connecting to a USB power source
1. Plug the small connector of the supplied USB power cable into the DC 5V connection (15).
2. Plug the USB connector into the USB power source.
7.3 Connecting the vibration unit
1. Plug the connector of the vibration unit into the VIB connection (16).
2. Place the vibration unit under the pillow.
