8. Maintenance and Long Time Storage
1.1 Daily maintenance
The following maintenance should be done after daily job.
1.1.1 Clean the surface of the machine
1.1.2 Clean chemical tank with clean water and dry it.
1.1.3 Check all the connections whether there is leakage of water or fuel. If there is leakage,
remedy procedures are very necessary.
1.1.4 Check all the screws to see if they are loose or lost. If there is, please screw tightly or
replace.
1.1.5 Lubricating oil should be injected into the oil inlet after every 24-hour's operation.
1.1.6 This machine after maintenance should be put in dry and ventilating place. It must be far
away from fire source and avoid sunlight.
1.2 Long term storage
1.2.1 Clean the machine surface carefully.
1.2.2 Discharge fuel in the tank and carburettor entirely, turn off the choker, pull the starter 3-5
times.
1.2.3 Remove the spark plug and pour some oil into the cylinder, then pull the starter for 2-3
times lightly, finally put on the spark plug.
1.2.4 Inject lubricating oil into the gearbox and crankcase.
1.2.5 All the plastic parts must neither exposed to the sunlight nor pressed by heavy matter.
1.2.6 Cover the machine with plastic dustcoat and store in a dry and clean place.
