Mounting and disassembling procedure

Anschlusskabel entsprechend der erforderlichen Montageart verlegen
Install the connecting cable according to the required mounting type
▪
Bei Neuinstallation die Montageplatte mit den Entriegelungswerkzeugen entriegeln und vom Leser abnehmen
For new installations: Unlock the mounting plate by the help of the unlocking tool and remove it from the reader module
▪
Perforierte Durchführungsabdeckungen entsprechend der Verbindungskabelanzahl ausbrechen
Break the perforated cable feed covers out accoring to the requirement
▪
Montageplatte mittels den mitgelieferten Schrauben entsprechend befestigen
Fix the mounting plate by the help of the provided screws

Abdeckkappe abziehen
Remove the cover cap
2.
Anschlussklemme abziehen
Remove the connecting terminal
3.
Anschlusskabel auf Länge abschneiden und abmanteln (Empfehlung 5 bis 6 cm)
Cut and strip the connecting cable to the correct length (recommendation: 5 to 6 cm)
4.
Benötigte Litzen durch den Einführungskanal in die Abdeckkappe einführen
Put the required strands through the cable feed duct into the cover cap
5.
Anschlussklemme entsprechend dem beigefügten Anschlussplan verdrahten
Connect the connecting terminal according to the provided wiring diagram
6.
Lesemodul konfigurieren
Configure the reader module
Der passende Anschlussplan liegt jedem Leser bei und beinhaltet auch die DIP Schalter Einstellungen
The appropriate wiring diagram is provided to each reader module. It also includes the DIP switsch configurations
7.
Anschlussklemme am Leser einstecken und Abdeckkappe aufstecken
Put the connecting terminal on the reader module and insert the cover cap

Die Abrissdetektion vom Leser wird unterstützt, wenn die
perforierte Abreißlasche mit einer Schraube fixiert ist
The sabotage detection of the reader is provided if the perforated
tear-off tab is fixed with an additional protection screw
Die Verdrahtung des Lesers muss im spannungslosen Zustand erfolgen,
d. h. die Betriebsspannung darf erst nach vollständiger Montage des Lesers eingeschaltet
werden.
The wiring of the reader module have to be carried out in a de-energised state, i.e. the supply
voltage may be switched on only after the complete assembly
