If the power strip has a switch (see 'Technical data'), you can use it to switch all connected
consumers on or off.
The connection data and the maximum permitted total power consumption of all connected
loads can be found in 'Technical data'.

voltage matches the specifications on the type plate.
• This product is built according to protection class I. It must only be connected to
an earthed mains socket.
• Never pour liquids over electrical devices or place objects filled with liquid next
to the device. If liquid or an object does get inside the device, power down the
respective socket (e.g. switch off the circuit breaker), and then remove the mains
plug from the mains socket. Discontinue use and take the product to a specialist
repair centre.
• Never use the product immediately after it has been taken from a cold room into
to a warm one. This may cause condensation to form, which can destroy the
product. Allow the product to reach room temperature before connecting it and
putting it into use. This may take several hours.
• The mains socket must be located near to the device and be easily accessible.
• Never unplug the mains plug by pulling on the cable. Always use the grips on

• Each socket on the power strip is equipped with enhanced contact protection.
Only when the prongs of a power plug are placed in both openings of a socket at
the same time will the protective mechanism release the opening. Nevertheless,
take special caution when children are around. Children do not understand the
hazards associated with the incorrect use of electrical devices. There is a risk of
fatal electric shock!
• Do not overload the socket strip. Pay attention to the maximum permitted total
power consumption of all connected loads in 'Technical data'.
• Completely unwind the mains cable before use. The power cable must not be
pinched or damaged by contact with sharp edges. Do not place any objects on
the cord, and do not allow it to become kinked. Place the mains cable away from
open spaces where it will not present a trip hazard. The mains plug must be
easily accessible. Do not install the mains cable under carpets or the like.
• The socket strip and the connection cable will become warm when there is a high
connected load. This constitutes a fire hazard!
• Do not connect any other socket strips or other power distribution devices to the
product. This can lead to an overload! This constitutes a fire hazard!
• Insert the mains plug of the socket strip into a wall socket.
• The power strip is only fully isolated from the mains when the plug has been
