XB-100 Horizontal Base
Mounting Instruction
Mount the base on the housing
with the self threading screws.
Line up with a square.
Earlier undrilled models
Move the machine label from the top
of the machine to its side. On the
2000 series first remove the Info-label.
Mark the position for the first screw and
drill. ∅ 4.5 mm (3/16") for the 2000 series
and ∅ 4.3 mm for the 1200 series. Put
one or two drops of oil on the screws
when mounting on the 2000 series.
Mount the base with one screw and
check the alignment with the square.
Mark the remaining three holes.
Remove the base and drill.
Warning!
Disconnect the machine from the power supply before
commencing this job. Watch that the drill does not go
too deep so that it hits the motor underneath.
