Please Note!
■
Do not use any sharp or abrasive
cleaning agents or cleaning pads to
clean the device. These may damage
the surfaces.
• Make sure that the device is switched
off and is not connected to the mains
power.
• Remove the used attachment from the
main unit (2) and clean it. All attach-
ments apart from the sphere attach-
ment (7) can be cleaned with warm
water and a cleaning agent.
• Wipe down the main unit and the
sphere attachment with a slightly damp
cloth.
• Store the device and all accessories in
the storage bag in a dry place which is
protected from sunlight and is out of
the reach of children and animals.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the device does not work properly, check
whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved
with the steps below, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The control lamps (4) do not light up or
fl ash when the device is connected to the
mains power.
The USB mains adapter is not plugged
correctly in the plug socket or the USB
connector is not plugged correctly in the
charging socket (6) or in the connecting
socket on the USB mains adapter.
► Correct the fit of the plug connections.
The plug socket is defective.
► Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
► Check the fuse of the mains connection.
The battery is fully charged.
► Disconnect the device from the mains
power.
