Do not use the device if it has mal-
functioned or fallen into water. Have
it checked in a specialist workshop
before using it again.
WARNING – Danger from
Rechargeable Batteries
The main unit with a built-in battery
must not be taken apart, thrown into a
fi re or exposed to high temperatures of
over +40 °C. The battery could ignite
or explode.
Make sure that the device, and in par-
ticular the main unit, cannot get wet.
Do not use the device if liquid has got
inside it. The battery in the main unit
could ignite or explode.
Do not cover the device during charg-
ing to prevent overheating.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to Material
and Property
The device must be switched off when
it is connected to or disconnected from
the mains power.
Make sure that the connecting cable is
not squashed, bent or laid over sharp
edges and does not come into contact
with hot surfaces.
When the USB mains adapter is pulled
out of the plug socket, always pull on

the USB mains adapter and never the
USB cable.
Do not pull or carry the device by the
USB cable.
Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee
that there is no interference that may
prevent the device from working and to
avoid possible damage.
Protect the device from heat sources,
naked fl ames, sub-zero temperatures,
persistent moisture, wet conditions and
impacts.

CHARGING UP THE BATTERY

Please Note!
A USB mains adapter corresponding to
the technical data of the device is also
required (see rating plate or "Technical
Data"). This is not supplied with the
device.
Charge the device only in closed
rooms.
Do not charge the device in rooms with
high humidity.
It is essential that you charge up the bat-
tery fully before you fi rst use the device in
order to achieve the maximum charging
capacity.
