to all of the important setup and handling steps. We recommend you
keep these instructions for future reference.
SAFETY NOTES
- The tray is not firmly attached to stacker 18811, rather it is simply
-
placed on the stacker. Be sure to avoid bumping into the tray this
-
can result in the tray slipping and damage to the equipment on
-
the tray.
- Always choose the largest possible distance (max. 10 holes)
-
between the two support arms of the 18811. Smaller distances may
-
be unavoidable (see 1.3.2), although they increase the tendency of
-
the plate to tilt and move sideways.
- Please ensure that the equipment is properly centered on the tray.
- Both 18811 support arms must be installed properly, i.e. the height
-
and the angle of the support arms should always match.
- In case of damage, do not use the product anymore.
SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
1. PREPARATION of the STACKER 18811
1.1 The side clamp elements of both support arms should point in

an inward direction
1.2 If the adjustable support arms have rubber pads adhered to
1.2
them, the rubber pads must be removed.
1.3 Spacing of the support arms on the tube of the »OMEGA«:
1.3.1 We recommend to choose a distance of 10 holes, because

then both lateral stop of the plate are in contact with the

support arms on the outside; except for these cases:
1.3.2 By using the table top 18803 we recommend a distance of
1.3.2
8 holes.
1.3.3 By using the stacker 18822 (3rd level) the distance between
1.3.3
the holes is depending on the design either 8, 9 or 10.
1.3.4 When spacing < 10 holes, the plate can be moved sideways.
1.4 The height and angle of both support arms must always match.

Deviations represent substantial risk and are to be avoided.
2. MOUNTING the TRAY 18819
2.1 Carefully place the tray onto the support arms.
2.2 The side bracket faces downwards...
2.3 ...and must include both support arms.
2.4 The tray should rest on both arms without wobbling.
2.5 The rear bracket (U-shape) of the plate must be slid over

the rear ends of more narrowly positioned support arms

(< 8 holes)...
2.6 ...until the tray touches the front brackets.
USAGE NOTES
3 The long slit on the upper edge of the tray is a handle and can be

used as a cable guide
4. HEIGHT and ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
4.1 The tray is suitable for any height or angle of the support arms.
4.2 Should the height i.e. the angle of the support arms be adjusted,

then the equipment and the tray should be removed from the

support arms and should only be put back on after the

height/angle adjustment has been completed.
MAINTENANCE, CARE
- To care for the product use a damp cloth and a non-abrasive

cleaning agent.
