6.1 Installation
Read the safety information carefully before assembly and have safety work done
by an authorised specialist.
A) Open the housing.

B) Use the casing as a drilling template and mark the drill holes. Then drill the four holes.
C) Screw the power outlet to the mounting surface.
D) Connect the power supply line (H07RN-F 3G 1.5 mm² or similar).
E) Cover the terminal box.
F) Put the stainless steel cover back on the power outlet and screw it on.

G) Power on the power supply line of the power outlet. After installation, check the power outlet
for functionality and insulation with a VDE meter (observe VDE guidelines).
7 Cleaning and care
This product does not require maintenance. This product does not contain any components
that require maintenance. Never attempt to open or disassemble it. Repair or maintenance
work must be carried out by a technician or a specialist repair centre.
Never direct a jet of water e.g. of a high-pressure cleaner at the product.
Before cleaning, always unplug the product from the mains outlet and disconnect all power
consumers from the product.
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the housing and a few drops of mild detergent or stain-
less steel cleaner for heavy soiling.
8 Disposal
8.1 Product
This symbol must appear on any electrical and electronic equipment placed on the
EU market. This symbol indicates that this device should not be disposed of as
unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life.
Owners of WEEE shall dispose of it separately from unsorted municipal waste.
Distributors of electrical and electronic equipment are legally obliged to provide free take-back
of waste. Conrad provides the following return options free of charge (more details on our

at the collection points of public waste management authorities or the collection points set
up by manufacturers or distributors within the meaning of the ElektroG
It should be noted that different obligations about the return or recycling of WEEE may apply in
