RESETTING DEVICE SETTINGS AND CREATING A NEW CONNECTION
To connect your device to the local WiFi network, reset the WiFi connection setting. The unit should be
in sleep mode (main power switch on). Press the 3 buttons simultaneously and hold for approximately
5 seconds: (mode, minus, timer). When the WiFi indicator starts blinking fast, your device will
be ready to be found.
NOTE: this device only works with 2.4GHz wireless networks. The network should use WPA2-PSK
encryption and AES protocol.
CONNECTING APPLICATION TO YOUR DEVICE VIA WIFI AND BLUETOOTH
Once the application has started, press the 'add device' button. After about 15 seconds, your device
should be found. Press the button to continue adding. Select an available WiFi network and enter
correct password. Press the button to continue. After a while, a message should appear that the device
has been added correctly.
CONNECTING APLLICATION TO YOUR DEVICE VIA WIFI
Once the application has started, press the 'add device' button. In the "Add manually" section, select
the product group "small appliances..." and then the product "oil heater". Then select the available WiFi
network and enter correct password. The application should disconnect from the current WiFi
network, connect to the device and upload the configuration parameters. Then, the application should
reconnect to the previous network. After a while, you should see a message that your device has been
successfully added.
DEVICE CONTROL VIA APP
Use the + and - buttons to change your desired temperature. The App displays the actual measured
temperature and the set desired temperature.
The App also offers buttons:
on/off - switches the heater on and off
mode - changes the device operating mode
other settings:
- button lock
- switching off the sounds
- timer to set number of hours after which the unit will be started
- timer to set number of hours after which the unit will be stopped
- schedule to set days of week and times the unit will switch on and off.
TEMPERATURE READING AND THERMOSTAT OPERATION
The temperature sensor is located inside the panel, at its lower part. As this component heats up, the
sensor reading is offset. When the device is cool or it has recently started up, the device will operate as
if the surroundings were cooler. This is a normal phenomenon. The temperature reading is indicative
and not fully accurate.
