PicoAPRS V4 Quick Start Guide
The screen ist not a touchscreen. „On screen buttons"
just describes the button funktions for the LEFT and
RIGHT direction of the 5-way button.
- To Power ON your PicoAPRS, press & hold PTT for 3
seconds.
Speaker
- To Power OFF, press „MENU" (left button) and select
„Power OFF" Menu item.
USB-C
connector
- To charge, connect a USB-C power source. PicoAPRS
5-way button
will charge even in OFF state but will not show an
charging indicator on screen when power is off.
Your PicoAPRS starts in „2m APRS" mode.
- To set your Callsign, SSID, APRS icon, your APRS
comment and so on, press „SET" (right button) while
you can see the main screen (see example picture on
left).
- To change the device mode, press „MENU" (left
button) while you can see the main screen (see
example picture on left). Navigate with the 5 way
button to „Settings". In Settings menu, you can change
the device mode and another settings of your device.
- To set your FM-Voice frequency and another mode
related settings, press „SET" (right button) while you
can see the main screen (see example picture on left).
