of life, take it to a collection point designated by local authorities.

End-of-Life Battery Removal Instructions
These instructions are for qualified personnel only at a waste processing
facility. These instructions are not intended for end users.
1) Remove the soft rubber material on the back of the unit. Use a fingernail or
wooden prying tool on a corner and then slowly peel it off diagonally.
2) Remove the rigid plastic material on the back of the unit using a similar
process as above.
3) Unscrew the eight screws with a T8 screwdriver and gently lift up the rear
housing from the main housing.
4) Looking inside, on the bottom right of the circuit board there is a white
connector with red, yellow and black wires. Gently unplug that connector
5) Remove the battery which is located on the underside of a plastic plate
below the speaker driver.
6) Use a wooden or plastic tool to carefully pry the battery from the plastic
plate without deforming the battery.
