What does the status indicator light mean?
The indicator light on the side of your volt'H power bank gives a status report:
– solid white light: your volt'H power bank is charging a device.
– pulsing white light, like calm breathing: your volt'H power bank is connected
to a power source.
– flashing white light: happens when you press the wireless charge power
button, to indicate wireless charging is ready to begin.
– flashing red light: a foreign and incompatible object is connected to your
volt'H power bank, or your device is not well aligned with your volt'H power bank.
– solid red light: your volt'H power bank has an operational issue. Contact
Hermès Customer Service.
To ensure normal operation of your volt'H power bank, please make sure to use:
– a USB-IF certified USB-C/USB-C cable or USB-C/Lightning cable,
– a 9V/2.22A USB-PD power adaptor (minimum 20W), not included with your
volt'H power bank.
Your volt'H power bank delivers wireless charging up to 10W to any Qi compat-
ible device. It is also compatible with the 7.5W Apple Wireless Fast Charge for
the iPhone 8 and later.
