Thank you for purchasing the new Wishbone NEO powered golf trolley.
With care and attention this product should give you years of pleasure and help make your
game of golf a more enjoyable experience.
1. When unboxing the product for the first time you will need to attach the wheels.
Both rear wheels are interchangeable and can be fitted to either side. Simply press
and hold the centre release button on the wheel and guide the wheel carefully onto
the axle shaft releasing the button when the wheel is fully inserted into the carts
drive sprocket. The front wheel assembly simply plugs into the main frame. Always
ensure the front wheel assembly is fully and firmly inserted into the main frame
before use.
You will notice there are 2 positions for the rear wheels on the axle shaft. The wheel should
be fully inserted on the axle shaft and engaged with the drive sprocket for normal powered
drive, however in the event of a power/battery failure the wheels can be moved outwards to
its second outer position on the shaft which allows the wheel to be disengaged from the
drive sprocket and effectively used as a 'freewheeling' manual cart.
2. After fitting wheels, undo the quick release frame lock strap located next to the
battery tray.
3. Hold the handle of the cart and open the cart frame until you hear the centre catch
click into position.
4. Fit your golf bag to the frame ensuring the base of your bag is located correctly onto
the lower bag supports.
5. The NEO trolley accepts a loaded cart bag up to a recommended 18kgs weight.
6. Attach the upper and lower bag support straps and tension accordingly.
7. Place the battery in the battery tray and ensure that the red and black terminals are
connected correctly with the block connector on the cart. Red to red and black to
black.
