Connecting the Door and Window Sensor
to the App
– Note: To connect the door and window sensor to
the app, you need a gateway . This is included in the
Rollei Smart Thermostat Starter Set . The gateway
must be connected to the app before the door and
window sensor can be connected to the app .
– Press the reset/pairing button on the door and
window sensor for approx . 5 seconds until the
ZigBee LED flashes .
– Tap on "Add sub-device" in the user interface of
the gateway in the app .
– Tap on "LED is already flashing" .
– When the door and window sensor is found, tap
on it and then tap on "Finish" .
– When the door and window sensor is successfully
connected, the blue ZigBee LED will turn off .
Resetting the Door and Window Sensor
– Press the reset/pairing button for a few seconds
until the ZigBee LED flashes . Thereupon, the door
and window sensor will reset . After the successful
reset, all stored data is deleted .
